About
Meet Your Practitioner
I'm the practitioner behind NeuroBalance, offering personalized neurofeedback in North East, MD using the Othmer Method. Here's a little about how I work — full bio coming soon.
Hi, I'm [Practitioner name]
[Short first-person introduction — who I am and what brought me to neurofeedback.] I founded NeuroBalance to offer a calm, personalized space where individuals can support their mental health and overall well-being. I work one-on-one with each client, tailoring every plan to how their nervous system responds.
[Optional second line — a sentence of personal context, background, or what I value most in this work.]
My approach
Calm, personalized, and led by you
[Placeholder — my philosophy on neurofeedback and client care.] I believe the brain has a remarkable capacity to learn and self-regulate when given the right feedback. My role is to create the conditions for that — a comfortable, unhurried setting and protocols shaped around your goals.
[Placeholder — what a working relationship with me looks like.] I take time to understand what you're hoping to feel different, and we adjust as we go. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all.

Why neurofeedback
Why I chose this work
[Placeholder — what drew me to neurofeedback.] I was drawn to neurofeedback because it works with the brain's own ability to regulate, rather than against it. Seeing people feel more like themselves is what keeps me doing this.
[Optional — a brief story or turning point that led me here.]
